Apart from being a home for its six founders, Queercus also aims to be a welcoming space for friends, visitors, and volunteers who share our values. We want to host groups and events, and—true to our radical faerie philosophy—we believe that no one should be excluded due to financial limitations. This is reflected in our NOTAFLOF policy: No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds.
We are committed to maintaining and improving the four buildings on the land, some of which date back to the 14th century. To keep Queercus open and accessible to LGBTQ+ people with limited resources, we rely on the generosity of well-wishers and those with resources to spare.
